Collapse ▲N.C. Cooperative Extension - Avery County Center will host the Annual Landscape Contractors Training on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. The workshop will be held at the Avery County Community Center located at Heritage Park, 661 Vale Road, Newland, NC 28657. The registration fee is $35. Lunch will be provided to all attendees registered by Friday, February 13, 2026. Registration will start at 8:00 am, and the training will commence at 8:30 am. There will be 7 CEU hours, with 2 business credits and 5 technical credits. The training will provide all the CEU hours necessary to renew your license.
If you would like to preregister, please mail a check or money order, payable to the County of Avery, to the Avery County Cooperative Center, 661 Vale Road, Newland, N.C. 28657. Please include the name, address, and phone number of the participant(s) that will be attending.
