2009 4-H Summer W.O.W. Program The Avery County Cooperative Extension 4-H Program is ready to start taking registration for the upcoming 4-H Summer W.O.W. Program. The policies/rules, event descriptions and registration packet is linked below for your convenience. It is very important to take the time and read the packet. Please make sure to complete the Summer WOW Registration packet along with the event registration form (either 5-8 year old or 9-13 year old). All forms MUST be completed and returned with payment.
