Please find below the necessary documents to get your 'horse youth' signed up for this 3-day event. Please note that there is only one significant change to our previously established clinic policies; this year we are requiring any 'accompanying parent(s) or adult volunteer(s) be age 25 or older'. This policy is simply to better assure the safety of the youth participants. Also new this year, 4-H youth that will be attending the State Horse Show, will be given the opportunity to receive an additional 2 hours of specific, one-on-one or small group instruction from trained clinicians during the evenings of 6/11/12 and 6/12/12.
