Avery County Farm City Banquet

The Avery County Farm City Banquet, scheduled for Saturday, February 6, 2010, has been POSTPONED. The banquet has been rescheduled for SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 2010. The banquet will be hosted at the Crossnore Baptist Church beginning at 6:00pm.

"Creating Happy and Healthy Children" Course

The Avery County Cooperative Extension Center will be hosting a 10 week course for parents and chilcare providers ( child care providers can earn 20 CEU credits from DCD). The course will begin on September 15th through November 17th, 2009; class will be held each Tuesday.
