N.C. Cooperative Extension-Avery County Center invites you to participate in the Annual Avery County Cooperative Extension Plant Sale. The staff is currently accepting orders.
This annual event has provided Avery County residents with fruit trees and berry plants for years. Traditional heirloom apple favorites will be available, along with pear trees, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, grapevines, and asparagus. The plants come from high-quality commercial nurseries.
Current plant sale information is linked below. Please contact the Avery County Cooperative Extension Center to request that a Plant Sale Catalog and Order Form be mailed. Plant Sale Catalogs and Order Forms will also be available at Three Nails Hardware in Newland, N.C.
Business hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
