Avery County Christmas Tree Growers Organizational Meeting
You are invited to attend an organizational meeting to discuss the formation of a
potential Christmas Tree Growers Association.
This meeting will discuss whether there is sufficient support to establish an association and, if so, the proposed organizational structure.
Topics for discussion will include:
- Purpose and overall mission of the association
- Proposed organizational structure
- Legal structure as a 501 (c) (5) organization
- Potential officers and leadership roles
- Number and format of meetings
- Other issues and concerns that growers want the association to address
