Each participant will learn the process of inoculatingmushroom logs. Participants will inoculate two logs that they can take home.This is always a popular event, so please register early! The class is limited to only tenparticipants. The registration fee for this class is $10.00 per person. To register, please call the Avery CountyCooperative Extension Center at 828-733-8270.
