Cooking Club
In Cooking Club, 4-Her's learn kitchen safety, how to use food labels to choose healthier options, and how to read and follow recipes to plan meals and snacks.Ages 5-18.
Meets: Scheduled Wednesdays from 3:30pm-5:30pm. Ages 5-11 meet 3:30pm-4:30pm, Ages 12-18 meet 4:30pm-5:30pm.
Homeschool Club
Homeschoolers of the county meet and cover a wide array of topics- STEM, arts, cooking, and beyond.Ages 5-18

Junior Appalachian Musicians (JAM) Club
Students have the choice to learn guitar, fiddle, mandolin, or banjo to traditional Appalachian folk tunes. There are occasional performances throughout the community at festivals, in nursing homes, etc. The leader has found experienced teachers to volunteer and give lessons for 8-10 weeks at a time.Grades 4-12
Meets: Scheduled Tuesdays from 3:30pm-5:00pm. Beginners meet 3:00pm-4:10pm and Advanced players meet 4:15pm-5:00pm.
Saddle Club
This clubs focus is equine science and horsemanship, although the volunteer leader covers care standards and health of other livestock animals. There are opportunities throughout the year to participate in district and state competitions.Ages 5-18
Meets: Scheduled Mondays 4:00pm-6:00pm
Shooting Sports Club
This club teaches firearm safety and marksmanship under the direction of certified instructors. There are opportunities throughout the season to participate in district and state competitions. The current disciplines offered are shotgun and rifle. We are in the process of planning for an archery program in Spring 2026.Ages 8-18
