What is 4-H?
4-H is a nationwide youth development program for ages 5-18. Delivered by the Cooperative Extension, programming is designed to empower young people to reach their full potential through hands-on learning, mentorship, and leadership opportunities.4-H's core values are expressed through its motto "Head, Heart, Hands, Health" which aims to refine adaptability, resiliency, generosity, compassion, and balance throughout the youths' lives.
